WHEN TENANTS ARE HOUSED BY A STATE ORGANISATION

I recently visited an apartment for sale with a client who was looking to buy a residential property to live in. The apartment was reasonably priced for its location and state. It was currently rented and the tenants were keeping the apartment in a good condition. When a rented property is sold, the rental contract is sold with the property and the new owner once the property has been purchased officially, this owner has the right to terminate the rental contract with proper deadline. The red flag for me in this particular case was the status of these tenants. A family which housing was arranged and financed by a state office. It was not possible to get hold of the rental contract. The state office would not confirm the date at which the rehousing of this family would take place. They had to find another property first and this became just too uncertain for my clients to proceed with the purchase of this apartment. Yet again, this is an example showing that clarity and transparency are two essential factors for property buyers in the decision making. This is what I unveil when you contact me for consultation. So you gain peace of mind and certainty when proceeding with your purchase. So let's talk soon.
