A GOOD IMPRESSION
is what you feel when
You visit a property and you like the feel of it,
You visit a property and you like its characteristics,
You talk to the neighbours and they all seem very nice,
You visit the street and the neighbourhood and you really like what you see,
You enquire about the property paperwork and you receive all the documents you asked for,
Your bank loan is approved,
You sign the 2 sale contracts on time.
A GOOD DECISION
is what you enjoy when
You can confirm the quality of the building,
You can confirm the energy ratings of the building,
You can confirm potential on-going issues with co-owners,
You can confirm the anticipated urban developments of the neighbourhood,
You can confirm the ownership of the property, the validity and the integrity of all the documents,
Your bank loan is approved in conditions that allow you to carry on living confortably,
The 2 sale contracts do not contain any clauses that could potential create an issue later on.
Needless to say that in today’s economic context, buying a property cannot just be an impulse buy ! You are not alone if you do not want to do it alone, I am a property advisor assisting you to get the full picture.
