It's essential to check the habitable square meters that are advertised for any given property because the listing prices, the market prices, and other property references are all referring to habitable square meter. Habitable square meter are found in rooms in which we you would spend time like bedrooms or living rooms. There are no habitable square meter in sellers, garages or outside the building itself. In one instance, I found out that the property I was investigating for a client had been wrongly measured and the seller had treated as habitable square meter the outdoor space underneath the porch. His intention was to make the buyer believe that he was getting a very good price per habitable square meter. In fact, my findings turn out to be a good argument for my clients to reduce the purchase price by some 45,000 euros.
